While Nike has been known form drawing inspiration from some odd places, Adidas too can be inspired by the random. With that said the latest Adidas Superskate Mid, which was last seen taking its cue from a Stormtrooper as part of the Adidas/Star Wars collection is now drawing inspiration from the age old game of Ping Pong. The shoe features a white leather upper with gum ousole and matching inner lining, the shoes Ping Pong inspiration is visible right along the sidepanels, each shoe is designated a color left red, right blue and is actually composed of the same material used on ping pong paddles. Other features include, a reference to Ping Pong on the tongue, green inner tongue and an actual ping pong paddles and balls packaged with the shoe.
